Shipping & returns
Fisk London keeps a limited inventory and lead-times will vary depending on the item. When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation by email. If we have the piece in stock, we will ship it to you right away. If not, we will need 4-6 weeks to produce and ship your order. We process orders Monday-Friday.
Please do get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an urgent request. We try our very hardest to make it work, if it's within our ability to do so.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please do so in the first 24 hours. After this time, all sales are final.
While we offer free shipping and insurance, Fisk London is not responsible for payment of any duties, fees or taxes that may be incurred by international shipments. This must be paid in full by the customer to the appropriate authorities.
A signature will be required upon receipt of your package.
For security reasons, your package will be larger in size than expected. We do our utmost to use kinder, recycled packaging materials for this purpose.
At this time, all sales are considered final.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
